ADHD therapy
Working with your brain, not against it
ADHD affects much more than attention. It shapes how you manage time, emotions, relationships and work, and years of being told to try harder can leave a lot of self-criticism behind. Therapy helps you understand how your mind works and build systems that fit it.
What it can help with
- Procrastination, time blindness and missed deadlines
- Feeling overwhelmed by everyday tasks
- Emotional intensity and rejection sensitivity
- Anxiety and low self-esteem alongside ADHD
- ADHD's effect on relationships and home life
- Making sense of a new or adult diagnosis
How we work
We combine practical skills with the emotional side of ADHD. That can mean building routines and planning strategies with CBT, using ACT to ease the shame that often comes with missed expectations, and drawing on strengths you already have.
If you're a parent of a child with ADHD, see parent support.
We don't diagnose ADHD through formal testing or prescribe medication, but we can coordinate with your doctor or psychiatrist.
