Relationship therapy
Understanding the patterns you keep meeting
Sometimes the same conflict plays out with different people. Relationship therapy is individual work on how you connect with others, so you can understand those patterns and choose differently.
What it can help with
- Recurring conflict with a partner, parent or sibling
- People-pleasing and difficulty setting boundaries
- Dating, commitment and uncertainty in a relationship
- Breakups, divorce and separation
- Family dynamics as an adult
How we work
We look at what happens in your relationships now and where those patterns may have started, often using a family systems lens. Then we focus on what you can do differently: how to say what you need, hold a boundary, or stay steady when things get tense.
If your partner wants to join, see couples counseling.
