Parent support
Support for the person doing the parenting
Parenting is demanding, and most parents are doing it tired, stretched and second-guessing themselves. Parent support sessions are for you: a place to think clearly about your child, your family and yourself.
What it can help with
- Behavior, routines and power struggles at home
- Understanding a child's ADHD or autism diagnosis
- Working with schools and advocating for your child
- Co-parenting and parenting after separation
- Parental burnout, guilt and anxiety
How we work
Stephanie has spent more than a decade working with children and families. In parent sessions she helps you understand what your child's behavior may be communicating, build approaches that fit your family, and look after yourself in the process.
Olivia holds a Circle of Security Parenting certificate and is trained in SPACE, which teaches parents specific ways to respond when a child is struggling with anxiety or OCD.
Parent support sessions are with parents and caregivers. We work with adults 18 and over.
