Anxiety therapy
When your mind won't settle
Anxiety can show up as constant worry, a racing heart, trouble sleeping, or avoiding the things you used to do. Therapy helps you understand what's driving it and gives you practical ways to respond.
What it can help with
- Persistent worry and overthinking
- Panic attacks and physical symptoms of anxiety
- Social anxiety and fear of judgment
- Obsessive thoughts and compulsions
- Anxiety alongside ADHD
- Stress that has started to affect sleep, work or relationships
How we work
We often use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), which looks at the link between your thoughts, feelings and actions and helps you test anxious predictions against what actually happens. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) adds another angle: learning to make room for anxious thoughts without letting them make your decisions. We keep it person-centered, so the work stays focused on you and not a worksheet.
