Egg donor and gestational carrier evaluations
Stephanie provides psychological evaluations for egg donor and gestational carrier candidates, working with fertility centers, agencies and intended parents. She has supported donor and carrier journeys for more than five years and is a member of the ASRM Mental Health Professional Group.
What the evaluation includes
- A clinical interview by secure video
- Standardized psychological testing using the Personality Assessment Inventory (PAI)
- Review of motivation, support system, stress and coping, and readiness for the process
- A detailed written report for the clinic or agency, following ASRM guidance
- Reports formatted to your center's or agency's template when requested
Facilitation sessions
For matched intended parents and gestational carriers, Stephanie offers joint facilitation sessions. These are structured conversations, separate from therapy, that cover expectations before the journey begins: family support, communication and privacy, prenatal testing, delivery, and how disagreements will be handled.
