Our team / Stephanie Fierro
Founder & Clinical Supervisor
Stephanie Fierro, LMHC, LPC
Stephanie believes most people don't need to be fixed. They need to be heard, and to have room to process what they're carrying without judgment. Change becomes possible once you're grounded in where you actually are.
She has more than ten years of experience working with children, families and vulnerable populations, and founded Collab Care to offer that same steady, practical support to adults, couples and parents. She is trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and is a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, and also draws on cognitive behavioral therapy, emotion-focused, person-centered and solution-focused approaches, and family systems work.
For more than five years she has also provided psychological evaluations for egg donors and gestational carriers, working with fertility centers and agencies.
As clinical supervisor, Stephanie oversees the clinical work of every therapist in the practice.
